Stress is one of the most common disorders of this age. The causes should be sought in the stresses of everyday life and in reaction to negative stimuli of modern civilization. 1. What is it?
Stress is the response, both mental and physical, that people have to adapt to the various events that occur in our lives. Stress acts as a disturbing stimulus individual's internal balance. 2. When does it occur?
The problem occurs when the tension in our body overflows and exceeds our ability to control. In other words, when the disturbing stimulus activation of the body increases faster than its ability to adapt.
Having some degree of tension usually stay active, with more energy, helps us make your time and do more of what we believe capaces.Pero when overflows and overloads our body and our mind is when there is a danger and begin to appear a series of physical symptoms, psychological and behavioral.

- The mental and behavioral symptoms are more difficult to identify and take longer to appear. The most common are: irritability, restlessness, poor concentration, scattered attention, decreased performance, inability to relax, unexplained fatigue, etc.
